Tomorrow I’m heading up to London to go to the Designer Jumble Sale so thought I’d give a little shout out and see if any of you guys will be there too?
I’ll do a full blog post with images from the day and anything that I buy, but for now here’s the info in case you’d like to join.
It’s hosted by Fashion Revolution, who have been organising annual charity fashion events in memory of the Rana Plaza factory collapse in Bangladesh. Their campaign this year is #whomademyclothes and asks people to consider those who are creating what you wear, and whether they are ethically produced. Last year I went to their Fashion Show Party and joined in with the #Inside Out Instagram campaign and I really love what they stand for.
This year the Designer Jumble Sale is going to be held in Marble Arch from 12-5pm, and will feature a guest appearance and styling sessions from Susie Bubble (#freakingout). Plus of course there’ll be heaps of bargains for sale to raise money for the cause.
So, if you see me there then come over and say hi! And I’ll post soon about what I wore, what went on, and of course what bargains I couldn’t resist buying.
