Dress like Beyonce for £1? Hell yeah!

Anyone else a massive Beyonce fan? Yeah, me too #nosurprise. I love literally everything she wears so am always on the look out for a good charity shop dupe. It’s a tough challenge though as her clothes are always so outrageous the high street normally doesn’t copy, so it doesn’t filter down into charity shops either… BUT… I’ve got one for you today and I’m super excited!

She’s been seen a few times in this red Jordan Bulls basketball top/leotard, and I’ve always thought it was super cool. Sports Luxe to the max! So… when I spotted one on the £1 clearance rail of a charity shop I practically broke the hanger grabbing it. How was it £1?! The charity shopping world still blows my mind even after all these years.

I’ve seen similar jerseys thrifting in America before but they’re always huge men’s sizes and this one seems to actually fit (it’s either kids or ladies I’m not sure). Having said that, while I was researching for this post I saw several streetstyle pics of girls wearing them as dresses which I kind like… one for future!

I wore it for a recent photo shoot and thought I’d share the pics with you, plus a few other street style inspiration ideas for other ways to style it if hot pants and bare feet isn’t your jam! Haha.

And yes… it’s also featured in what might just be the greatest music video of all time. Now to enjoy 3 minutes of Beiber perfection especially for you #becauseyoureworthit

And, if you want to buy one without thrifting you can get it here… but it’ll cost for $90 and you can’t get the cult favourite Jordan one as he’s long retired. Looks like it’s off to the charity shops for you then! Let me know what you find, I just know it’ll be awesome.

Great outfit you found! I have never been into charity shopping but my friend who loves it, convinced me to try haha and I was positively surprised. I found few really cheap and good quality items. xx

I can’t believe that was only £1! I find a lot of my favourite charity shops getting more and more expensive so I am always shocked when I find something so cheap!

Yeah it can be tricky to find crazy cheap stuff, but I think that’s ok as the quality is also going up a lot 🙂 but there’s still some really cheap places out of town or in rough areas. Just depends how much you’re willing to dig I guess!! Thanks for reading 🙂
