I got this gorgeous dress thrifting in Portobello Market, London, with one my most experienced fashionista friends – Nicola. She lives just round the corner so showed my all the best spots, and we found a vintage shop having a huge clearout sale and charging £3 for everything! I couldn’t resist this dress, but then haven’t worn it since I bought it. It’s made of a slightly tacky polyester fabric, as lot of vintage is, but it’s fairly silky to the touch and eye so I don’t mind too much. I immediately loved the print, but was concerned about the length. WIthout a belt it’s quite unflattering but once I added this vintage tough belt I knew this dress was a keeper! I;m definitely going to be wearing it more now I’ve discovered it properly.
