OOTD – How to make a simple beach cover-up stylish

Summer is finally here! It’s been beautiful in Bournemouth recently and we’ve been spending every second possible at the beach.

For the hottest day yet I wanted an outfit that was breezy and casual but also chic and thought it was time to bring out this snakeskin printed beach coverup. It’s fit is baggy but not unflatteringly oversized, and the fabric creases quite a bit but it doesn’t seem to matter when you’re at the beach. Plus… it’s got pockets! These aren’t colours I’d normally pick but I actually really loved having a change from my regular colour pallet.

I teamed it with some burgundy and gold heels – I know heels at the beach is silly but you’ve got to live a little right?!

My sunglasses are also from a charity shop and are Calvin Klein but were only £1.50… just another reason for you guys to head over to your nearest charity shop right now and unearth a bargain.
