Spring work wardrobe transition

The gorgeous Sinead is back with some more fab outfits to give us a quick tutorial on Spring workwear dressing.

The sun is finally out (I know it’s nearly June!) so we can put away the coats, jumpers and layers, but it’s not exactly floaty summer dress weather and you still need a cautious umbrella in your handbag.

To me this outfit exemplifies the Spring Summer transition by using a maxi skirt! It’s such a lovely comfy way to look smart and summery, and it’s still pretty warm in case of the British weather changing. I often blog about how much I love maxis, so you can see some of my maxi outfits here and here.

The thing I really love about this outfit is mixing the bright summer colours with dark tights to still keep warm enough for the UK, and smart enough for work. I can’t get enough of luxe tshirts (chiffon or silk mainly) as they look so smart tucked into high waisted skirts, or loose over jeans/leggings and are super simple and comfortable. Win!

Keep sending me in your bargain outfits – I love to have guest bloggers featured on here and it’s super easy to do with a webcam before you leave the house!
